ORB Recruitment currently require an experienced accounts/finance administrator to join our expanding operations, based at our Doncaster offices.
ORB Recruitment are a multi-award winning Recruitment Agency, operating UK-wide across key sectors including Construction, Healthcare, Manufacturing and Engineering.
This position will be working internally for ORB Recruitment, reporting into our Office Manager and supporting payroll, compliance and back-office finance functions.
Duties will include; compliance verifications for right to work documentation, timesheet collation and working hours confirmations, supporting credit control with allocations of payments (verifying amounts against self-bill invoices/timesheet hours etc.), raising of invoices/credit notes via quickbooks.
Candidates will ideally have experience of working in a finance or payroll function. Any experience of working in a recruitment agency setting would also be advantageous. Experience of quickbooks would also be highly desirable however training can be given where required.
Candidates must demonstrate excellent levels of attention to detail and be able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a larger business function.
3 days per week, 08.30am - 16:30pm (full-time hours may be considered for the right candidate)
