It’s been all go here at ORB recently and we have a couple of new members of the team to introduce you to! So, let’s make a start with Joshua Clamp (28), from Doncaster, who joins us as a specialist in our construction department.
What is your job title at ORB and what does the role involve?
My full job title is construction recruitment cosultant and that includes resourcing, building relationships with candidates and clients, filling bookings and business development for our work within the construction sector.
What do you think you are going to enjoy the most working at ORB?
Meeting new people and learning new skills is definitely what I’m enjoying the most at ORB. The friendly atmosphere amongst the different teams and how management are invested in everyone's personnel development really makes the company stand out.
What do you enjoy most about working in recruitment?
I enjoy that every day is different, having to deal with and solve new problems is really important in this industry and I like a challenge!
What do you like to do outside of work?
I am obsessed with YouTube at the minute and going down the rabbit hole learning about different issues that are going on in the world! I also like watching short documentaries on there.
Tell us an interesting fact about yourself!
I once played rugby in my junior years and won the Yorkshire plate and came runner-up in the Yorkshire cup final with Rotherham Titans.
