Getting the basics right with Nourish!


Recently members of our team took part in some really important sales training led by specialist trainer, Jo Nourish from Nourish Learning and Development. Here, Jo tells us more about the programme she delivered.

It was an absolute pleasure working with the ORB family with their recruitment training, I couldn’t ask for a more committed and enthusiastic bunch. We’ve got quite an intensive learning and development programme going on for all staff from new starter induction on their first day, intense senior management modules, live call coaching and personal development plans.

Working in recruitment for more years than I care to admit, it’s still so nice to see people enjoying our great industry as much as I do.

It’s forever changing at an incredible pace and these guys are buckled up and ready for the ride and certainly not taking anything for granted! Yes, it there can be challenging times ahead with sourcing candidates and all the madness going on in the world but these consultants are making sure they are tooled up and doing what they can to deliver the very best service to their clients. Never have the basics of recruitment been as important as they are today.
