ORB Recruitment has launched a referral scheme for existing staff to help a colleague, friend or family member and at the same time help themselves!
ORB is recruiting various positions in the healthcare and social care sectors and we are on the lookout for qualified candidates.
If an existing staff member introduces a qualified candidate to ORB and that candidate passes the qualifying period, the person who made the referral will receive a financial bonus.
A successful referral of a carer will see the person who made the referral given a £100 bonus in cash or a voucher. While the bonus for referring a nurse is £250.
ORB recently awarded Kath McNally, one of our nurses, a £250 Boots voucher for introducing a fellow nurse to us.
