Meet our latest recruit – Chloe Scollard, 19, from Skegness. Let's find out a bit more about Chloe and her new role with ORB.
Tell us a bit about your previous career history?
Since I was 13, I have worked in hospitality and customer service. I moved to Doncaster two years ago and was working in retail before joining ORB.
What does your new role at ORB involve?
I am a Resource Coordinator and I support Vanessa and Amy in the Healthcare division. My role includes managing job ads and searching CVs to ensure I find and contact the candidates with the right experience. I also monitor the registration process of the candidates and ensure that general compliance is followed correctly. In addition, I book in interviews and help Vanessa and Amy with completing registrations so the candidates are ready for work.
What makes ORB stand out from the crowd?
ORB is a great environment to be in and I am happy to be part of a fantastic team. I enjoy working in a fast-paced and busy workplace and having responsibilities. I always enjoy meeting and speaking with new people and I believe this role will increase my skills.
What do you enjoy most about working in recruitment?
I enjoy working in recruitment as I have found no two days are the same – every day is different.
What do you like to do outside of work?
I spend a lot of time in the gym and staying active. I always love visiting and spending time with family and close friends.

I have a 3-legged dog called Alfie. Since joining ORB, I have discovered I have a photographic memory for phone numbers!
