A fast-growing Scottish recruitment firm has expanded its team with a key new appointment.
Callum Ramm (26) joins ORB Recruitment, which has an office in the Edinburgh Park Pure Office development, as a recruitment resourcer bringing the company’s current headcount in Scotland now to four.
Callum, who lives in Edinburgh, said: “I recently came back from travelling in Australia so was looking for a new opportunity that I could get stuck into so when I heard about ORB and saw the job available it was something I jumped at.
“I really like helping people and learning new skills, and although it’s my first job in the recruitment industry, I feel I have all the attributes to do well and develop a successful career for myself.
“I’m excited about the challenge and building connections and relationships with our candidates and hopefully helping them into their desired job. The fact there is potential to progress in the job as well is massive for me as I’m always looking to do the best I can and push myself as much as possible.”
Outside of work, Callum is a keen Rugby player as a member of the Boroughmuir Bears squad as well as a musician where he can be found performing in the local pubs around Edinburgh.
