Loading Shovel / Counterbalance Operator

ORB Recruitment are looking for Loading Shovel Driver or FLT Counterbalance driver to work for manufacturing client in Harworth DN11

Candidates must be available to work 3 shifts

Monday to Friday 6am-2.30pm / 2pm-10.30pm / 10pm-6.30am (rotating on continental or panama basis, some weekend working required)

30 mins unpaid lunch

Pay Frequency: Weekly Pay

£12.95 per hour starting salary (you will be paid for 40hrs per week)

Time and a half pay for overtime worked Monday to Friday and Saturday

Double time for overtime worked on Sundays

Duties

If you have a counterbalance licence, you will be trained to be able and operate loading shovel and vice versa following an initial training period. Your daily duties will include moving aggregates, loading and unloading machinery to manufacture stone products. You will also be trained to monitor and run machinery on the site and be responsible for dealing with any minor breakdowns or stoppages. As well as the above, you will be required to support with the weekly clean down of the site machinery. All PPE required is provided

The ideal candidate

· You will have in date counterbalance FLT licence OR loading shovel licence (RTITB, ITSAAR, CPCS, NPORS etc.)

· You will have an excellent reliability, timekeeping and attendance

· You will be eager to learn new things and develop a career with an award winning business
