Machine Operators / Production Operatives

ORB Recruitment are looking for Production/Machine Operatives to commence work for our client in Scunthorpe (DN15).

THE COMPANY

Our client is a printing and manufacturing company who are looking for a motivated and friendly individual to join the team.

This is temporary to permanent contract for the right candidate. The company will invest in your training and development from day 1.

THE PAY

The pay starts at £9.72 per hour.

This is paid weekly for the first 12 weeks.

Any Overtime on Monday to Friday is paid at time and half, double on Saturday and Sunday!

Chance of progression paying up to £28k per year!

WORKING HOURS

The shifts will include 12 hour shifts of days and nights and may include some weekends.

Day shift - 6am - 6pm

Night shift - 6pm - 6am

MAIN DUTIES

To operate plant and machinery within specified zone, maintaining targeted output with minimal interruption.
Carry out correct start up and shutdown procedures for specified zone

THE PERSON

Experience manufacturing/production environment (preferred)
Experience working on different machines (preferred)
Happy to work 12 hour shifts, days, nights, weekends rotating
Has a “can do” attitude
